The Nutcracker is a classic two-act ballet with music by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and one of the best-known works in dance history. For over 100 years, it has been closely associated with the Advent and Christmas season.
An Italian ensemble brings the work to the stage in a production that blends classical elements with modern choreography. It tells the story of Clara, who, on Christmas Eve, embarks on a journey into a magical world – featuring animated characters, batt-ling mice, and a prince.
The performance combines Tchaikovsky’s music with choreographic precision and elaborate visual design, including costumes and stage sets.
